1. User Eligibility Criteria
To use our loan application and credit card evaluation services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are an Indian Citizen or Resident aged 18 years or older.
- You possess a valid Government-issued PAN Card & Aadhaar Number.
- All information provided by you is accurate, authentic, and up-to-date.
- You have an active Indian Bank Account in your own name.
2. Application Process & Authorization
When submitting an application for a Personal Loan, Home Loan, Car Loan, Business Loan, Education Loan, or Credit Card:
You explicitly authorize Trust Loan Solutions and its partner lenders to verify your PAN status via NSDL and pull your credit history from authorized Credit Information Companies (CIBIL, Experian, HighMark) for loan evaluation.
Submission of an application does not guarantee loan approval or credit card issuance. Final sanction is subject to credit score verification, income documentation, and partner bank underwriting criteria.
3. Fees & Zero Hidden Charges Policy
Trust Loan Solutions does NOT charge any processing fee, upfront payment, or hidden service charge from loan applicants. Our services for borrowers are 100% free of charge. Partner lenders may charge standard processing fees or documentation charges as detailed in your final loan agreement issued directly by the bank.
4. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Activities
All content, brand design, logos, graphics, text, software, and dynamic rate calculators on Trust Loan Solutions are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission.
5. Governing Law & Legal Contact
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
